Provide 2' of freeboard between the low chord of the bridge and the 100 year water surface elevation of Grapevine Creek. 100 year elevation is approximately 463. Comply with the Coppell standards requiring the top of curb be no less than 1 foot above the 100 year flood elevation, i.e. 464. Some proposed bench marks appear to be located on power poles in the proposed slope areas. These power poles will most likely be relocated. Other provisions for bench marks need to be provided in these areas. Add rebar to typical drive section. Add property owners names, etc. to paving plans. Add bench marks to paving plans. Clarify status of all existing drainage structures. Will the structures be !eft in place, plugged or removed? Move inlet at station 5 +00 (right) to the west 10'. Add flow arrows to all inlets. Add brick paver bands as shown. Top of curb elevations are not shown for inlets after station 10+00. Provide sleeves/conduit for irrigation at all median openings. Specific sizes and locations to be provided by Coppell. Show limits of drainage easements and slope easements on paving sheets. Modify cross-section at station 37+00 (right) to eliminate slope outside of the right-of- Need right-of-way dimensions. The dimensions may be shown on the right-of-way maps. Provide top-of-curb elevation at station 120 + 07.94 ( 136.58' right). Provide detail of stations and offset for island at northeast corner of Mac Arthur to assist in painting. 19. 20. 21. Since no typical section is provided for Moore Road, label to construction - 8" reinforced concrete pavement and 6" of lime/cement stabilized subgrade. Check location of outfall shown in drainage area B-5. Drainage easement appears to be approximately 150' east of where the proposed outfall is shown. Compare proposed cross-sections with drainage area maps. Areas shown to drain to the road way on the drainage area maps do not agree with the cross-sections. Re-size the inlets so that no more than 1 (possibly 2) cfs bypasses an inlet. As a minimum, place an inlet when gutter flow exceeds 14 cfs. Where does the drainage from areas B-3, C~I, C-14, etc. get "picked-up"? Check runoff coefficient for areas E-4 and E-5. Check size vs. listed area for drainage areas, ex. area F-1. Where does the runoff from proposed outfall at station 68+00 drain? Consider realigning pipes from areas H-1 and I-3 to eliminate the need to take the pipe through the proposed abutment. Please explain the asterisk note at the lower right corner of drainage area map 2. CROSS-SECTIONS No changes requested for the cross-sections.
