Construction Inspection Work Activity
As requested I am submitting a list of the work activity during my
requested absence from Monday July 2nd, and Tuesday, July 3rd,
1990.

Hill Drive Drainage ~ The contractor will be excavating
for placement of the 18" R.C.P. in the alley section of
the project. Work activity will also include embedment,
back-fill,.and soil testing over the 18" R.C.P. You will
find attached a list of names and phone numbers to contact
if needed.
Shadow Wood Estates - Acceptance letter to be in the mail
before Monday July 2.
Shadow Ridge Estates - Acceptance letter to be in the mail
before Monday July 2.
4. Shadow Ridge Estates first and fourth increment - I have
requested the Engineer to supply the as-built drawings.
Oakbend - A request from Mr. Derek Earle with Centex Real
Estate to begin street and alley excavation was reviewed
and granted. At this time the construction plans have not
been received for final approval.
Connell/Skaggs John Karlsruher was requested by Steve
to submit a report on this project based on a meeting held
on June 5, 1990. The report should be in the master file
at this time. Steve also requested Mrs. Boorhem be
contacted by Sheri to discuss this project.
Valley Ranch Center - A request for final acceptance may
be received from Western Builders. The final inspection
of the sidewalk and drive approaches has not been
requested at this time.
Field Inspection - J. R. Richardson with Ginn Inc. will
continue to be making all field inspections with the
exception of Hill Drive Drainage.
9. Test Reports - Review all test reports on all active
projects. (Cylinder, density, soil cement, graduation.)
10.
Mobil Station MacArthur and Beltline Road - The sidewalk
section is to be completed and a final acceptance letter
written.
