Records, said County and State; reference to which recorded instrument
hereby had end made f~ any and all purples in connection herewith; and

WHI~REAS, ENSERCII CORPORATION has been requested to rmess~

streets and alleyways; provided, however, that until such titne as said streets and
alleyways are constructud, ingress and egress ;'ights shall be jn accordance with
the above said Righ:s of Way and Easement Agreements; and
WHEREAS, ENSERCH CORPORATION has been further requested to
amend the right of ingress to and egress from said Mineral Deeds, being 40 foot
wide stri s
p of land, that upon completion of paved streets and alleyways, said
access to be directly from adjoining pavea streets and alleyways, however, until
such time as said stree[s and alleyways arc v ~.structed ingress and egre~s rights
shall be in accordance with the above said Mineral Deeds.
NOW THEI{EFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/100 Dollars ($10.00), cash in hand paid by The Parks of Coppell Join~ Venture
and The Parks of Coppoll Joint Venture II, the receipt and sufficiency of which
arc hereby acknowledged. ENSERCH CORPORATION does hereby release.
