pARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT

WHEREAS, under date
favor of Lone Star Gas Company, that certain Right of Way and Easement
Agreement, covering 100.23 acres of land, more or lees, out of the James
Parfish Survey, Abstract No. 1139, Dallas County, Texas, recorded in
Volume 657, Page 39, Deed Record,;, said County and State; reference to
which r ~corded instrument is hereby had and made for any and all purposes
in connection herewith; and
WHEREAS, the corporate name of LONE STAR GAS CO}ffANYhas been
changed to ENSERCH CORPORATION, a Texas Corporation; and
WHEREAS, ENSERCH CORPORATION has been requested to release the
above mentioned Right of Way and Easement Agreement, insofar and only
insofar as same m~ ~Lc cover ~nd include all of that certain 5.27 acre
tract of land conveyed from Troth Enterprises, Inc. to Lakewood Bank &
Trust, Trumtee for Dale Hill Investments, Inc. Pension Trust by deed
recorded in Volume 80110, Page 1400, Deed Records, Dallas County, Texas,
SAVE AND EXCEPT a strip of land 15 feet in width, together with the
right of ingress to and egress from said 15 foot strip of land, as
hereinaftar set out:
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00), cash in hand paid by Steve Parsons, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, ENSERCH CORPORATION does
hereby release, relinquish and surrender fzom under the terms of the
Rig,t~ Jf Way and Easement Agreement all of =he above said 5.27 acres and
only the 5.27 acres, SAVE AND EXCEPT:
1. A strip of land 15 feet in width, upon which
is located a 16-inch pipeline constructed by
Lone Star Gas Company, known as Line F;
