Utility Relocations
Dear Mr. Barrera:
The Sandy Lake Road project consists of the reconstruction of the existing two-lane
asphalt roadway to a four-lane divided boulevard with improved drainage. The City has
completed the right-of-way acquisition and the project is scheduled to start construction
in June 2004. Enclosed are plans adequate for utility relocations.
Please initiate any necessary utility relocations. Eight new control points were set on
December 23, 2003 and are shown on sheet 5 of 94 in the plans. You will need to submit
relocation plans and obtain a right-of-way use permit prior to starting the relocations.
If you do not have any utilities within the project limits, please indicate in writing to the
City.

2002, your firm indicated that it did not have any facilities within the proposed project
limits. At that time, construction of the improvements was anticipated to start in early
2003
The City has completed the right-of-way acquisition and the project is now scheduled to
start construction in June 2004 lf'AboveNet has constructed facilities within the project
limits since September 2002, please let me know and I will send you a set of construction
plans
