Dear Ms. Schneberger:
This letter is written in response to our telephone conversation of March 14, 1995. I apologize
for not being specific in the comments previously forwarded concerning the two issues of which
Dallas County needed to be addressed. However, the response to both of those issues had
previously been verbally conveyed to Dallas County. Specifically, those issues deal with
horizontal alignment and public hearings.
At this time, the City does not anticipate doing a public hearing for this project because of the
fact that it is not in proximity to any residential development and basically a continuation of
roads previously constructed. On the issue concerning the horizontal alignment, please be
advised that the City offers no objections to the horizontal alignment as presented on the
conceptual plan. As has been stated in the past, we still have some concerns with the vertical
alignments but it is my understanding that those can be resolved during the actual plan review
of the preliminary and final plans.
I hope this has adequately addressed the issues of which Dallas County needed confirmation.
