Dear Mr. Griffin:
Attached is the revised alignment for the subject project. The consultant's response letter and
the City's mark-ups are also attached. In response to the remarks made in your letter to the
County dated December 12, 1994, please note the following responses:

The slope easements between station 40+00 and station 49+00 are located in excess
right-of-way and therefore the easements will not be necessary. Coppell may still request
grade changes after the horizontal alignment is approved.
The median opening at Moore Road has been recon~gured to eliminate the extra width
for the generating plant. Major changes to the intersection angle of Moore Road are not
feasible due to both the railroad and the Moore Road bridge to the north.
The County comments are shown on the attached plans. The comments are minor in nature, and
do not warrant redesign before the City's Public Hearing. If the City's comments are of a
similar nature, the County will direct the consultant to forward a CAD file of the project to the
City. This file will be to assist the City in preparing for the Public Hearing.
