Drainage from former Service Center site
On this date at 1:25 p.m. I spoke with Mr. Lupe Estrada whose property borders the
west side of the above location. He complained that water is flowing across his property
and not draining because of disturbance to drainage patterns from his east. I called
Dennis with Holmes Builders and instructed him to do two things:
1. Clear off enough of the St. Andrews Estates site today so that proper drainage is
restored.
2. Visit with Mr. Estrada today.
