It was discovered recently that the project engineer changed the size of one meter after the
original lee assessment for this project was done. The water and wastewater impact fees were
paid on Jan. 6, 2004 at the Building Inspections Dept. in the amount of $5,180.00 and
$2,240.00 respectively. On January 22, 2004 the assessment was revised to correctly reflect
the amounts of $3,640.00 for water impact and $700.00 for wastewater impact. A refund is
due in the amount of $3,080.00
