It bas recently come to my attention that a building pem~it was issued for the construction of a
home on the referenced lot. Because there is no infi'astracture such as water lines, sewer lines.
streets, etc. to be cons~.mcted with Ibis home, there were no construction plans submitted to th4
['ngmecring Department. The submittal of construction plans to lh¢ Engineering Department
typically triggers the calculation of various fees associated v, itb tile development of thc lot.
.&gaii~, in this case because no construction plans ,,*,'ere submitted to thc Engineering Department
no fccs were calculated. Tim building pc~qnit ,,,,'as recently obtained through tile Building
Inspection Department, however; there are xarious fees that'have }'et to be collected for the

With this letter, I have attached a copy of the Coppell development fee table, which shows thc
outstanding fees that need to be paid for this site. Those fees include park fees, roadx~ay impact
Jbes, and water and sewer impact fees. Building Inspections' records indicate that you have
previously paid the water tap, wastcv, atcr tap. utility final inspeclion fee, meter fee, and thc
metc~ ;;atcr deposit fee.
