r to the receipt of the permit for this particular project. We offer to do so knowing
that we will be solely responsible for the code compliance of any construction completed
up to the point of the final approval of the permit drawings. Specifically, we hold
harmless the City of Coppell for any construction work done prior to the approval of the
site development permit. Raymond Construction will correct any work done prior to the
permit approval that is in conflict with final approved comments. Any assistance that
you can provide to approve this request would be greatly appreciated by my client
DEXAS International.
