Grading Permit for Dexas
The attached permit is for Early Grading only.
1. The construction of the proposed retaining wall shall not take place under this permit.
2. Engineering plans shall be submitted and approved prior to construction of this wall.
3. Do not fill beyond the 517° contour line until plans for the proposed wall have been
reviewed and approved.
4. Final grading adjacent to the floodplain will need to be completed after the construction of
this retaining wall.
