On behalf of the Owner, Catellus Development Corporation, we are requesting a letter
of Final Acceptance for Freeport Parkway from 1-635 to Airline Drive. As you are aware, this
project was never accepted by the City when Freeport Parkway was initially constructed. All of the
City's "punch list items" have been completed and accepted by the City.
