Walk-through (April 7, 1995)
Sewer manhole - ring needs to be reset and grouted
inside and out at Airline & Freeport (westside of
Freeport).
Sewer manhole on southeast corner of Airline Drive at
Freeport needs to be brought to grade.
Sewer manhole at Cotton and Gateway needs to be raised
to grade.
First sewer manhole east of Cotton on Gateway needs
ring reset.
Third sewer manhole east of Cotton on Gateway needs to
be raised to grade.
Fourth manhole east of Cotton on Gateway needs to be
uncovered and raised to grade.

First fire hydrant south of 635 uncover fire hydrant
valve.

Second fire hydrant south of 635, uncover fire hydrant
valve.

Third fire hydrant south of 635, uncover mainline valve
on east side of road.
Fourth fire hydrant south of 635, uncover fire hydrant
valve.
Fifth fire hydrant south of 635, replace pad and lid on
mainline valve on east side.

valve on west side and mainline valve on east side.
Seventh fire hydrant south of 635, uncover gate valve.
Uncover and raise to grade 2 manline valves and one
fire hydrant valve on the southeast corner of Freeport
