This is to confirm the items discussed during our telephone conversation Friday, May 13.
Item 1.
Coppell as decided to follow the existing Right-of-Way alignment for the
reconstruction of Belt Line Road.
Item 2.
The County will proceed to contract for the engineering design of this section of
Belt Line Road.
The County is pleased that the alignment issue is resolved and looks forward to working with
Coppell on a successful project.
