The Sandy Lake Road project consist~ of the reconstruction of' the existing two-lane
asphalt roadway to a four-lane divided boulevard with improved drainage. In September
2002, your firm indicated that it did not have any facilities within the proposed project
limits. At that time, construction of the improvements wa~ anncipated to s~tart ia early
2003.
The City ha~ completed the righl-of-way acquisition and the project is now scheduled to
start construction in Sunc 2004. If Quest Communications has constructed facilkies
withi~ thc project limits since September 2002, please let me know and I will send you a
set of comstmction plans,
