Remove redwood zip strip and seal sidewalk.
Clean dirt off part of sidewalk so it can be inspected.

Mercantile Building on Denton Tap Road
1. Paint manhole lids red and paint MH on curb in red for two manholes.
2. Place grout around pipe inside manhole.
3. Need curb stop cut-offto domestic and irrigation; need pipe to turn on and offat curb
stop.
4. DC on domestic needs brass plugs.
5. Irrigation need brass plugs in DC.
6. Mark DOM and IRR in blue on curb.
7. DC in vault mad DC to domestic and irrigation needs test paperwork.
8. Mark FLV on curb to building for fire line valve.
9. Need blue street marker buttons in street at lire hyckant (two places).
10. FDC needs locking caps.
11. Mark CO in red on curb at sewer clean-outs (two).
12. Reset CO top, offset clean-out on stub out.
Call office at 972-462-5150 to check punch list.
NOTE:
City sewer clean-out and sewer main clean-out not to City specifications.
Has City approval on plans.
