Scott Caruthers with Dowdey Anderson called me this morning to ask about
engineering review process. Ken had told him that the final plat had to be
approved by C.C. before submitting - which I confirmed. But I told him that
it is also not uncommon for someone to submit early, especially if it's not
a controversial development. He will probably do that and send it to your
attention. I did tell him that the 3 week turn-around time still begins
after C.C. approval. I also told him to contact you with questions since
Ken is very hard to catch. Just a head's up - I hope you don't mind.
