WA0002-ES030213 T H E · C I T Y - 0 F COPPELL February 13, 2003 Mr. Tom Alford Alford Media 296 State Road Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Golden Triangle Water Line and Fire Hydrant Installation Project #WA00-02 Dear Mr. Alford: For some time now, the City of Coppell has been working with representatives of the Golden Triangle Mobile Home Park and Dallas County in an effort to provide some type of fire protection to the existing mobile home park. Working with Dallas County, a preliminary design has been completed that will allow a water line and fire hydrants off of Coppell Road into the Golden Triangle Mobile Home Park for a short distance. However, to provide additional fire protection near the back of the mobile home park, an additional water line and fire hydrant is needed along the north edge of the mobile home park. To install this water line and fire hydrant an easement is needed from your east property line adjacent to Oak Grove Lane. This easement will allow the installation of the water line to the existing water line that you constructed during the development of Alford Media. With this letter I am including copies of the utilities easements. Dedication of the utility easement will allow this project be finalized and bid for construction. If you should have any questions or need any additional background information please feel free to contact this office. If not, once we have received the dedicated easements we can proceed with the finalization of the plans and the bidding of the project. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
