I have made a preliminary review of the plans you submitted for the referenced project. Once the review
is complete Ill send the comments back to you. I will try to get them finished next week, but our three
week review period runs through March 8th.
I think it would be best to hold off on the meeting until TXDOT has had the chance to finish their review as
well.
There is no possibility of phasing the construction of the deceleration lane. the lane is required for the
construction of the driveway to serve the current development, and therefore needs to be constructed at
the time the driveway goes in.

Good morning.
I was just drafting my response. I was planning to tell him that I would have a preliminary review
completed by Wednesday, but that I couldn't guarantee that there would not be additional comments when
the review was complete.
As far as the request to construct the deceleration lane in phases, we would not consider that. Since the
lane is to serve the driveway they're constructing for this development, the entire lane needs to be built at
the time the driveway is constructed,
