As you are aware July 2, 1991 M-S Utilities emcountered a FAre
HYdrant lead which is in conflict ;;i~h the new 42" storm drain,
on this date we ask for di=eetioD from DeShazo, Stareck & Tang, '
as of today no fix has bceu given. We are writing ~o inform you
that Z-S U~ilitiez is moving off the job July 9, ]991 a.m. and
we also ask that the contract days be stopped ot~ July 2, 1991
and not be restartad until a new da~e of commencement can be
established.
