A set of Grading Plans. This set only needs to contain a cover sheet, the approved final plat, the grading plan and the erosion control plans. 2. A completed Early Grading Permit Application, a copy of which I faxed to you yesterday. 3. You need to pay a 2% inspection fee on the cost of the grading contract. That cost proposal and fee needs to be sent to the Engineering Dept. 4. Provide a copy of your N.O.I. and TPDES permit. 5. A letter holding the City harmless for any adjustments in grading identified during final plan review. Once those items are complete and the permit is issued, you then need to schedule a grading pre-construction conference with the City inspector. Due to the floodplain issues concerning this site, no grading will be permitted within the idemified floodplain until such time as those issues are resolved. I received a submittal yesterday from Mr. Hennessey containing the full engineering plans for a full engineering review. That review will take place over the next few weeks, and once all engineering issues are resolved, including the floodplain issue, a full permit for Construction Development will be issued. 255 pARKWAY ~{ p,O BOX 9478 ~{ COPPELL TX 75019 ~ TEL 972/462 0022 ~l~ FAX 972/304 3673 Mr. Hennessey also submitted a copy of an SWPPP and an NOI document, neither of which appear to have been executed, or a permit issued. The NOI needs to be submitted by the developer or the engineer directly to the TCEQ. The City does not execute this document. We need the executed and permitted copy from the State. In order to proceed at this point with the Early Grading Permit, please supply the documents listed above to the Engineering Dept. with the executed NOI. If you have additional questions or comments, please feel free to contact me. I will be happy to discuss this further with you. Sincerely, Keith R. Marvin, P.E.
