2. Exhibit A - the roadway with no turn lane and proposed right-of-way - we will only
need a comer clip. I have not had the engineer prepare a revised legal
description and plat for the comer clip only.
3. Freese & Nichols - proposed fight-of-way in respect to Duke wall and
landscaping
4. the comer clip at Royal
I will have the L&P for the comer clip prepared if everything looks okay. Let me
