'ltxc ccrcmony will take place on the newly constn~cted lanes of the bypass which are between SH
12l and Denton Tap Road (scc map). Parking will be on the north side of the roadway near the
ceremony site about 50 feet west of the intersection with Denton Tap Road.
The Event:
'lhe Texas Department of Transportation and Denton County would be honored by your presence
at this ribbon ~utting celebration. The entire 814 121 bypass project is an example of cooperation
and parreefing between the department and the counties of Dallas, Denton and Collh~; the cities of
I ,cwisville, Coppe|l, Carrollton, and The Colony; the Town of Flower Mound; and many others-
During this event, several citizens who donated land for this project will be honored by state and
county offidals.
