I have no comments on the plat as submitted. I do have some concerns about future water, sewer, and drainage, etc. to the property once it is developed. It appears that based on the concept plan submitted for the Village Plaza there will be one major development that actually lies within two separate cities. At some point there is going to be a need for some discussion concerning utilities.
