Dear Mr. Wainscott:
A December 22, 2003 letter from the City of Coppell notified you regarding certain
deficiencies on the referenced property. At least one of those deficiencies still exists.
The cleanup of construction debris on the unoccupied portion of the lot has not been done
to the satisfaction of the City of Coppell. This unsightly condition must be remedied
immediately.
In addition, residents of Wynnpage Estates are complaining about the lack of positive
drainage on the lots, which contributes to water standing for long periods of time near
their homes. The time of year when standing water is a health concern is rapidly
approaching, so your cooperation in re-grading the low-lying portions of those lots is
needed.
The timely remediation of these deficiencies will be appreciated. If you have any
