Final Acceptance Conditions
Dear Mr. Miller:
On February 17, 2004 a walk-through inspection was conducted for the referenced project.
It appears that all punchlist items have been completed. At this time, the remaining
requirements for sign-offon the CO must be supplied. They are as follow:
1. Provide a maintenance bond from a registered surety for 50% of the contract value of
work performed in the public right-of-way and easements for a 2-year period beginning
on the date of final acceptance.
2. Provide record drawings of the public improvements from the engineer to be submitted
to City of Coppell Engineering Dept. (See attachment).
Once these items have been received, reviewed and accepted, I will sign offon the CO and
