Re: Sandy Lake Road from Denton Tap to MacArthur Blvd.
We have completed final review of your latest plan revision
submitted on November 18, 1997. With reference to previous
meetings with you and design reviews dated May 17, 1996 and
January 28, 1997, we find these plans to be adequate for
construction, subject to concurrence with the City of Coppall.
Please submit, therefore, a set of sealed reproducible mylars
for the water construction plans. We will proceed with the
processing of the specifications for this project. Enclosed is
a revised cost estimate amounting to $2.6 million for the
installation of 10,160 LF of 30"RC water main.
We are currently processing the draft of the Interlocal
Agreement with the City of Coppall for a Joint construction
contract.
