Please answer the foil. owing questions I have about the referenced
project:
1. What is the thickness of the pavement for Bethel School Road?
2. Will lime subgrade stabilization under the concrete pavement be
required?
3. How is the removal and replacement of the sidewalk adjacent ko
Bethel School Road paid for?
4o Dees the City have a detail of the me~al guard rail?
5. Ks the City sure there is no conflict with the Sanitary Sewer
Manhole in Bethel School Road and the proposed 10'X6' Box Culvert?
6. How is the removal of the shrubs from Station 8+25 to Station
i1+60 paid for? Are these shrubs supposed to De replaced by the

7. Are the entire treated timber planter 'walls supporting the

8. What kind of ~rading and clearing ~o we have to perform to
install ~he 18" Rip-Rap at Station 0+00?
9. Is there any available access using the utility easement which
crosses Station 0+50?
i0. How does 'the Gabion Wall tie-in to the existing Masonry Wall at
Station 10+007
il. Which 37 trees are designated, for removal? I'd like to know
the diameters and the locations.

under the Tree Removal item?
13. Please define Heavy Equipment?
14. Will landscaping removed during construction have to be
replaced other than the grass?
15. What is the City's budget for this project? I heard
$200,000.00 from a property owner. If the low bid is over the
City's budget, will a contract be awarded?
