Enclosed is a copy of our Final
quantities./This
include the raising of the down stream wing wallr the
replacement over the culverT, or the concrete rip rap between
the up stream head wall and sidewalk. These three items amount,%
to about $1,800.00 of additional work. If you want to handle
this with a change order or however, let me know.
We are quite anxious to finalize this project and are waiting
for instructions from you to complete any remaining items of
construction. It is my contention that any erosion or sloughing
in the vicinity of the Donald Jones property was within the
City of Coppell's easement line. ~
Any alleged damage to Donald Jones property has been turned
over to our insurance company for investigation. Any questions
