Dear Anthony:
The City of Coppell has recently completed a walk-thru for the improvements in the
captioned project. Listed below are items that must be corrected prior to final acceptance:
Utilities -
1. Repaint all fire hydrants.
2. Raise valve to fire hydrant on 8" domestic line on south side of building.
3. Paint valve box lid blue on 8" domestic line.
4. Install 3-foot extension on valve to fire hydrant at southeast side of building.
5. Oil fire hydrant at northeast side of building.
6. Place blue marker for fire hydrant north of building.
7. Complete original punchlist for Phase lA.
Storm Drain -
1. Repair broken storm drain manhole top at 3ra inlet from Sandy Lake.
2. Replace locking lid to inlet on east side at Ist inlet north of Sandy Lake.
3. Secure locking lids on all inlets.
4. Culvert at main entrance off Sandy Lake shows cracks on headwalls, wingwalls and
slope protection.
5. Remove rebar from back of west headwall.
Starleaf Street -
1. Remove gravel from temporary entrance to Phase lB and replace with topsoil and
seeding.
2. Dress parkway on west and north side from Phase lB to the existing pavement on the
west end and seed.
3. Dress up around sloped headwall on north side and install permanent erosion
protection.
4. Dress up and seed on north side at west end.
5. Replace missing traffic buttons.
6. Place asphalt at tie-in to Sandy Lake.
7. Rout and seal between curb and gutter and pavement on west end.
8. Seal random cracks at east entrance.
In addition to the above, please provide the necessary sets of "Record Drawings" sealed
by the design engineer and the required permanent erosion protection bond.
