Dear Mr. Griffin,
Per your request, I have enclosed a copy of our drawings for your review for the
Qwest facilities on the existing DART right of way within your described project limits. If you
determine that your proposed lines will be in conflict with our existing fiber optic lines, call me
as soon as possible. We will need to get you a cost estimate to adjust or relocate our facilities
based on your final design plans. Please keep in mind it is difficult for us to adjust this line since
it is in six inch black steel pipe. Call me or e-mail me with any comments or questions
concerning this matter.
