RE:
Natches Trace @ Denton Tap Signal Installation TR 00-01
Notice of Maintenance Bond Repairs
Dear Ms. Llewellyn:
It has been brought to my attention that during the recent storms with high winds, the mast arm
on the signal pole at the southwest corner of the above location has rotated to the extent that the
signal heads no longer line up with the approaching southbound lanes.
Our files indicate that this installation is still under the two-year maintenance period, f'mal
acceptance letter attached, so the City of Coppell expects Sharrock Electric, Inc. to correct this
problem.
I thank you for your kind consideration in this matter and will call you soon to see when this
work will be scheduled. In the meantime, if you should have any questions, please contact me
personally at (972) 304-3685.
Sincerely,
Construction Inspector
