Dave and Suzan,
During a site visit today the following items were noted:
1. a Storage Shed set on blocks between Mobile Homes #39 & 38 on
Timber View Lane is located within the dedicated 20-ft. water easement.
2. the vacant lot south of #549 Oak Grove Lane has become a dumping
ground for old tires, wheels, lumber, trash, etc., that is located
within the dedicated 20-ft. water easement.
Both conditions need to be resolved prior to the construction of Water
Line "W-I" for the referenced project.
The current project schedule is as follows:
Finalized Bid Package Mid March 2004
Advertise Late March 2004
Bid Mid April 2004
Award Late April 2004
Begin Construction Mid May 2004
End Construction Mid July 2004
2 month construction time includes inclement weather days.
