Bethel Road II questions

,just wonted to ask o couple of questions concerning the Bethel Rood II project.
(1.) 5inca we are still in the early design stages of the new bridge at Grapevine Creek on Bethel Rood, [ just wont to
make sure the City wants the sidewalk on one side of the bridge only? We are just trying to be sure we undenstond
that one sidewalk along the ,South side of the bridge is what the City wonts.
(2.) Does N. Denton Top Road rest in City Right of Way or is it in TxDOT Right of Way? 5inca we are going to be
doing work in the Right of Way of Denton Tap, we want to be certain if we will have to submit anything extra to TxDOT
concerning intersection and signal upgrades. [X~ 0
