Utility Locations
Dear Mr. Brewer:
On February 12, 2004 a set of plans for the above referenced project was transmitted to
your utility company. The cover letter requested that the plans be marked up with your
utility locations, if any, and resubmitted back to the City of Coppell Engineering
Department with any comments as soon as possible. Also, comments as to any
precautions that should be taken to protect your utilities were requested to be included
with the mark-ups. If your company has no facilities in the proposed project area, we
requested a letter to that effect.
The responses are needed by April 2, 2004 as the project will be bid on
April 9, 2004. If you have no facilities in the subject area, please respond
accordingly. If your company has facilities in the area, please make every
effort to return the marked up plans to us so that any conflict can be noted
prior to the bid of the contract.
