The design status of Bethel Road is as follows.
Design Plans
P, oadway
1. TranSystems will send two full size copies of the 90% review plans next week. Will have comments
back to them by May 1, 2004.
Channel
1. TranSystcms is working on the desigm of the channel. There is a portion of the channel, between
Bethel Road and Coppell Road, where the riow will top the channel. Drainage easements have not
been prepared.

Probable condemnation - what is our next step?

Approved by DFW Board will receive documents for City's execution next week.

Texas Dugan Limited Partnership (ROW/TCE)
Sent Brook Barefbot exhibits showing the removal of the westbound free right-hand turn lane along
Bethel Road at Freeport Parkway. Will set up meeting with B. Barefoot to acquire the easements once he
approves of exhibits. Will have TranSystems revise easement for comer clip only at the northeast comer
of Bethel/Freeport intersection.
4. Parcel #8 - Minyard Food Store (ROW/TCE/DE)
Will send another letter to ask about thc status of the easements.
