Dear Mr. Griffin:
Kimley-Horn and Associates is pleased to present the following revisions to our
existing Professional Services Agreement with the City of Coppell. These revisions
are required to design the Dallas Water Utilities water line in accordance with their
revised alignment and with their particular design drawing criteria.
Kimley-Horn and Associates shall provide the services in accordance with the Scope
of Services for the Final Design. We propose a lump sum fee increase for the amount
of $165,000.
All other provisions of our original Professional Services Agreement with the City of
Coppell, including Revision No. 1, the Scope of Services and fee, will remain
unchanged.
If you are in agreement with the above revisions to scope and fee for this project,
please sign one copy of this letter and return it to our office. Please do not hesitate to
call if you have any questions or require additional information.
