Lacy Co. (total amount $5,191,943.03).
Belt Line to Sandy Lake segment - construction began June
15, 1988; anticipated completion June 14, 1989 (Contract
amount $3,388,580.00).
Sandy Lake to Denton Creek segment - construction began June
15, 1988; anticipated completion June 14, 1989 (Contract
amount $1,803,363.03).
Total' project cost including traffic signals, street lights,
landscaping, and RxR crossing etc. is approximately
$7,200,000.00.
Agreements have been completed with Conoco, Explorer, and
St. Louis Southwestern Railroad.

Road to Denton Creek segment was 39% with 38% of contract
Belt Line Road (E/W)
Re-design of paving and drainage improvements for segment -
MacArthur to West overflow swale is 99% complete.
Dallas County will receive bids on this project combined
with Carrollton's portion on December 8, 1988.
Construction should begin in early 1989.
Belt Line (E-W) relocation west of MacArthur - will schedule
a meeting this month to tie down proposed alignment prior to
beginning surveying and preliminary design if the issues
pending with the City of Dallas are resolved in the next two
weeks.
