Notice of Maintenance Bond Repairs
Dear Ms. Boney:
The City of Coppell has recently completed the two-year inspection of paving, drainage, water
and sanitary sewer facilities in the referenced project. Listed below are items that must be
addressed prior to our final acceptance of these facilities:
1. The fire hydrant at the SE corner of Independence and Liberty has very low flow. All valves
have been checked and the problem seems to be internal to the hydrant.
Please advise when this work will be scheduled so that we may have a representative present. If
