Mr. Marvin,
Enclosed are two (2) sets of revised construction drawings as per your last review. All comments have been
addressed except with the exception to the following.
Paving Plan & Profile comment No. 3 - parking is still encroaching the visibility easement, how do we adjust
this area, preliminary plat was approved with this amount of parking spaces, we may loose three spaces, if so
if will losing those spaces put me in non-compliance. Your input on resolving this matter would be helpful.
