Dear Mr. Louviere:
The City of Coppell Engineering Department has received the document titled as above.
Upon examination of the summary sheet for water services, I found that the 1 & 2- inch
irrigation service and two PVC irrigation sleeves were calculated at 2% of the contract
price. These services will be in the right-of-way and as such should be figured at the rate
of 4%. Please refigure that portion of the summary sheet and provide this office with the
corrected summary. All other calculations are acceptable.
As stated in your cover letter, please provide the check for these fees prior to the pre-
construction meeting. If you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to
call.
