RE:
Bethel Road I Project # ST 99-05
Parcel 8
Future Drive at West Minyard's Property Line
Dear Mr. Conine:
Construction of the Bethel Road I improvements is scheduled to start in October 2004.
At your direction, the driveway and median opening for the future west drive extension
will not be constructed with these improvements. The City has preserved the option of a
median opening for the future west drive as shown on the attached schematic layout.
Minyards will be allowed to construct the driveway and reconfigure the existing median
when the west drive is constructed. Design of these future improvements should
generally follow the dimensions as shown on the schematic layout. As previously
discussed, the City has no objections to the drive being constructed across the drainage
easement and the future drive will not conflict with the 5' x 10' box culverts once they
are constructed.
Should you have any questions or need any additional information, please feel free to
give me a call.
Sincerely,
Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E.
