St Andrews Est-CS040326COPPELL March 26, 2004 Terry Holmes Holmes Builders 1406 Halsey Way, Suite 100 Carrollton, TX 75007 RE: St. Andrews Estates Dear Mr. Holmes: It appears that fill operations on the captioned project have encroached into the floodway/floodplain. You were instructed to mark the limits of the floodplain prior to beginning fill operations on this property, as the floodplain issues have yet to be resolved. You are to make immediate corrections to the work that has been done in order to remove any fill that has been placed within the limits of the floodplain. Two other observations on the project: 1. Erosion control measures need to be re-established to be effective as provided for in the City of Coppell's Erosion & Sedimentation Control Ordinance. A copy of this document was provided to your office before the project started. 2. A stabilized construction entrance needs to be re-established and consistently used by your contractors. Equipment and vehicles are being driven off the dirt directly onto Deforest Road, causing an unstable driving condition.
