I have looked at the list in regard to what could be utilized to offset some of the cost of Sandy Lake Road. I did notice that #59-Woodlands of Coppell and #61-Overton Bank are both Roadway Impact Fees as opposed to Escrow. The Woodlands of Coppell is in Zone 4 and Overton Bank is in Zone 2. Based on my review of the available Escrow and the Roadway Impact Fees, it is my opinion that with the construction of Sandy Lake Road we could utilize: #15 Food Lion $44,138.71 #17 Everfine Gateway $120,372.26 #35 Fountain Park Add. $100,528.00 #86 Kroger $72,936.00 Roadway Impact Fees #61 Overton Bank Ashton Ridge Papa John's $4,169.57 $23,085.00 $1,378.10 Total $366,607.64 My only question about these funds is when we can actually utilized them against the construction cost.
