WITH A LARGE TRACK HOE. THIS KEEPS THE FENCE
FROM HAVING TO BE TAKEN DOWN WHICH SAVES
MONEY AND KEEPS THE SITE SAFE FROM INTRUSION.

12" WIDE BY 14" DEEP SLOT IN STABLE SHALE IN FRONT OF
EXISTING WALL, FORM-UP AND POUR 12" THICK STEM WALL

SUSPENDED 2' X 2' REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM TO TOP OF
PIERS, VI]3RATE CONCRETE INTO ALL VOIDS IN WALL AND
UNDER EXISTING WALL, POUR 12" THICK CONCRETE WALL ON
TOP OF BEAM, ATTACH WALL TIES AND VENEER WITH STONE
FACING. INCLUDES GEOTECHNICAL TESTING AND ENGINEERED

OPTION TWO WILL PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 50 YEARS
ADDITIONAL LIFE, AS IT IS A SUSPENDED SYSTEM AND NOT
AFFECTED BY THE EROSION OF THE St-IALE BED UNDER IT.
WE ANTICIPATE EITHER SOLUTION TO TAKE FROM SIX TO TEN
WEEKS TO COMPLETE DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF
VOLUME RAINS WE GET. EACH SUBSTANTIAL RAIN WILL
REQUIRE ABOUT THREE DAYS PUMPING TO MAKE TIlE SITE
WORKABLE AGAIN.
