To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows: WATER: There is currently a 16" water line in the west right-of-way of Freeport Parkway, an 8" water line in the south right-of-way of Burns Street. The Design Engineer will need to evaluate these lines in regard to available volume and pressure for your development. Additional fire hydrant protection for this development will have to be in accordance with the City of Coppell Rules and Regulations and as determined by the Fire Marshal. SANITARY SEWER: There is currently an 8" sewer line that is located in the north right-of-way of Burns Street. STORM DRAINAGE: There is a 24" storm sewer in the right-of-way of Burns Street. onsite through the use of a detention pond. Additional runoff will be detained As always, in the development of the property your Engineer should determine if the existing utilities available to this site are adequate to serve your proposed development.
