Monthly Status of Freeport Parkway
Steve, as previous memo stated this project was repossessed and is now in
the hands of FSLIC and their representative is David Starawitz of Fortune
Asset Management. They do not intend to correct any of the items that are
difficient. They do have preliminary plat approval and it expires in August
of 1988. They might do something before they lose filing fees, but probably
just before.
