Dear Mr. Bird:
We are in receipt of your July 12, 1985 letter addressed to
Mr. John Wankum, who is no longer with our organization.
Further correspondence should be with Kevin Peiffer, Project
Engineer.
We have reviewed your request but do not understand why the
new pipe with concrete encasement is necessary due to the
proposed street grades in this area being approximately six ~
to twelve inches above existing street grade.
We hope that this accommodates your concerns. If you feel
further correspondence is necessary, please respond.
