Thanks for contacting me recently regarding our meeting scheduled for next week. I enjoyed visiting with
you and catching up on your family happenings.
During our conversation, you mentioned that you need an update as to the status of the water distribution
analysis and report. I reviewed our files and find the most recent and last correspondence was a letter to you
dated May 23, 2003 in which we transmitted two preliminary copies of the water system master plan report
for the C~ty s rewe .
To the best of our knowledge we have not received comments back from the City, nor do we have any
personnel time charged to that project since then. A billing ',vas sent on August 12, 2003 for work completed
through May 23, 2003.
Attached is a copy of the May 23ra transmittal letter. Doug Showers will bring an additional copy of the
master plan report for your review during your meeting next week.
